About DealLens
DealLens started after I bought a car, signed papers I thought I understood, and waited 31 days for my final financial documents — almost exactly the length of the cancellation window for the "free" extended warranty the sales manager had promised me twice in person. When the paperwork finally arrived, the dealer had charged me almost $5,700 in extras I never agreed to. The sales manager's response when I came back was, word for word: "I never said that, and if you try to do something about it, you can't prove it." I went around him — called Ford Credit and the individual product administrators directly — and got every dollar back. DealLens exists so you don't have to learn what I learned by losing $5,700 first.
Every guide on this site comes out of that experience and the dozens of cancellation calls, refund forms, and dealer scripts that followed. The app does the same work, faster, on your specific contract: it reads what you signed, flags every line, and tells you what is still cancellable for a refund.
